What currency are the prices I see on the site?
The prices displayed will be based on your location. If you need to change the currency, you can select your preferred currency from the currency tab.

I just placed an order; when will it ship?
We make every effort to expedite the shipment of your items. Kindly allow 4-7 days for production before your order is dispatched. On average, shipping durations range from 3-9 days. Tracking numbers will be provided within 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to us via email.

I am not in love with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We hope you love your Catch Culture Outdoors product! However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with any of our items, we are happy to accept all returns within 14 days of your order being dispatched.

We only accept returns of items in a condition fit for sale. Please avoid using sharp objects like machetes or chainsaws to open your package, as we do not accept returns of any damaged goods. Once the product arrives at our office, we will arrange a refund or replacement based on your request. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us at info@catchcultureoutdoors.com to inform us before returning a product. Include the reason for the return and your order details so we can assist you.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the freedom to cancel your order without any penalties! Just make sure to do it before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, our user-friendly return system can be utilized to initiate a hassle-free return process for a complete refund.

I entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?
If you've mistakenly entered an incorrect address, promptly reply to your order confirmation email to confirm. Upon confirming the incorrect address, please notify us via email immediately. If we identify the wrong address within 24 hours of submission, we can swiftly change it to the correct one. Please note that refunds won't be issued after the 24-hour window from the time of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may fluctuate as we ship globally. On average, the typical shipping duration spans from 3 to 14 business days.
