Refund policy

We hope you love your Catch Culture Fishing Apparel! If you’re not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of your order being dispatched.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in resale-ready condition. Please avoid opening your package with a machete, chainsaw, or other extreme methods, as we can’t accept returns on damaged goods. Once your product arrives at our office, we’ll process a refund or replacement as requested. Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

To initiate a return or for any questions, contact us at info@catchcultureoutdoors.com with your order details and reason for return so we can assist you.

If you received a faulty item or the wrong product, let us know, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including delivery charges in these cases.
